Ok, so I got my new TT fairly recently, and it had these nice badges on the back. One said "FairladyZ" on the left, and the other said "twinturbo" in a nice cursive script on the right. I thought they were pretty cool. Unfortunately, their kind of old and coming apart. Well. I just learned tonight that the FairladyZ one on the left is a decal for the 280ZX, and the twinturbo on the right is a decal for a porsche. So...considering the way people respond to Mustang owners driving around with "GT-R" decals on them, does this fall into that same category? I really don't care what other people think. It's just that I don't want Porsche owners to think that I think their cars are soooo cool that I just HAD to have a twinturbo decal on my car. Does that make sense? I liked the looks for themselves, and not because I was trying to be something I wasn't. Unfortunately, the Mustang owner with GT-R on the back of his 'stang probably doesn't know it came from a Skyline either. So, do I take off the decals or not? The first few to click can see some pictures here, but Yahoo tends to shut down site pretty quickly if they get any kind of bandwidth, so who know how long it'll work.
